4 Marine Cottages is a wonderful holiday cottage situated ON the beach at Camber Sands! You could not get closer to the beach if you tried!

The cottage is one of a short terrace of whitewashed 1930’s two storey cottages built directly on the beach. The house looks out onto Camber’s miles of sandy beach and offers a raised deck area on which to sit, with steps leading down to a cordoned off area of private beach shared by the cottages.

4 Marine Cottages has been modernised but has kept its original feel. The bright and natural light filters in from the large glass doors overlooking the south facing beach. The cottage sleeps 6 people in two upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs single room.

As you arrive into the hall at Number 4 you have a breathtaking view straight through to the beach and sea beyond!

There is plenty of room to hang up your beach bags, store your flip-flops, buckets and spades and in the winter your coats, hats and boots after long walks on the beach. There is a modern bathroom to the left of the front door with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin. The hall opens onto the open plan sitting room which has a sofa and seating for 6 people, provided with side tables, lamps and a flat screen TV with Freeview. Leading from the sitting room is a downstairs bedroom with a single bed, with a chest of drawers and hooks and hangers on the back of the door. The dining area is at the end of the sitting room and has a table and seating for 6 with wonderful views across the beach and sea. The kitchen at the front of the house, adjacent to and with the same views as the dining room, is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric single oven and hob, toaster and kettle, washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge.

A wooden staircase leads from the sitting room up to the first floor where there is a bunk room, with dune views. The room has bunk beds and a single bed , chest of drawers, hanging space, hooks and hangers on the back of the doors and lighting for each bed. The Master bedroom has sea views, bedside tables with built-in storage and lamps . The master room also has a sun room through to the front of the house with views over the beach and sea – a great sun spot for chilling and reading a book. This lovely, practical holiday house is ‘very much on the beach’: great for enjoying the buzz of the beach in high season and for getting away from it all at other times of year!

As the house is on the beach, the house does accumulate sand constantly!

Laguna Beach House at Camber Sands is a holiday house tucked into the Sand Dunes on Camber Sands beach. Laguna Beach House has 2 decking areas to be enjoyed during your stay; one just outside the kitchen; a great place sit and watch the world go by and the second secluded decking area is at the top of the property that stretches the whole width of Laguna overlooking the sand dunes. This large decking area offers a BBQ, table, chairs and a hammock to relax on and enjoy your holiday to the full.

Laguna is all on the first floor and reached by internal steps up from the lane through a side gate.

At the top of the stairs through the front door to the right is the The Double Bedroom, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and views out to the sand dunes. Opposite the Double Bedroom is the bathroom with a corner bath, loo, basin, shaving socket, bathroom cabinet with mirror and a separate powerful shower with a pebbled effect bathroom floor; next to the double bedroom is the Twin bedroom with twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside light, cupboard and views out to the sand dunes; at the end of the corridor is the Master Bedroom with King sized bed, side tables with side lights on the wall, chest of drawers and wardrobe and views across the sand dunes and camber.

Spacious kitchen and dining area with an arch going into the Sitting Room which can also be reached from the corridor.

Large Sitting Room with leather sofas, rug, coffee tables, bar, TV with Freeview and DVD player, CD stereo system that plays 4 CD’s and a log burner with a starter log basket in the winter; arch through to the dining area with wooden table and 8 chairs, cupboard area with washing machine and freezer ; breakfast bar and stools, fridge, electric double oven with integrated grill and overhead hob; Cafeteria, kettle, toaster and fully equipped kitchen.

French doors from the dining area leading out onto a small decking area with table and chairs and with views of Camber and then up steps to the top of the property to the large decking area that covers the width of the property and has a table and chairs, BBQ, and hammock lie in and enjoy being by the sea!

Seagulls is a wonderful Arts and Crafts house bang on the beach - the first floor balcony has wonderful views out to sea... You can sit in seclusion and not been seen sunbathing or just having a morning cup of coffee or that sun downer at the end of the day...

Seagulls has been in this family for very many years and has just been refurbished to a very high standard - it sleeps 7 comfortably and has decking at the front of the house and a large pebbled area at the back of the house where a large wooden table, chairs and umbrella await you with a BBQ for those lazy holiday meals...

Dunes 21 has 3 bedrooms, the den downstairs can be set up as either a double bed or twins and has its own en-suite shower room and sleeps 6! A games room boasts air hockey and table football. DUNES 21 can be either rented out as a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom property (out of season).

Sandscape has a spacious double bedroom with a child's bed in there as well, a second double room and the 1st floor sitting room has a wonderfully comfortable LARGE sofa bed and boasts its own private deck and kitchenette - ideal for grandparents to have time on their own - so can accommodate up to 6 adults at any time!

Ocean 17 is a delight! It has the LARGEST BED you have every seen in the master bedroom with a bunk room and a pull out truckle bed underneath and in the downstairs sitting room offers a sofa bed can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children! There is a Ping Pong table for everyone to play!

Sea Rocket is lovely and airy. Lovely Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom on the second floor and a sofa bed for the odd overnight guest as well.

WELCOME TO THE PRINCE REGENT! A SHOWMAN'S CARRIAGE OVERLOOKING TO BODIAM CASTLE, EAST SUSSEX

The Prince Regent Showman's Carriage, Bodiam Castle. Unique Sussex holiday for couples! The Carriage is located in Bodiam's Valley in East Sussex and it is a completely unique and a couples only holiday retreat!

Located in 1066 country close to the Kent boarder, in 200 acres of farmland and orchards, there are plenty of country walks and local villages to visit during your stay. The is the perfect place to stay for birthdays, anniversariesor just a treat to get away from it all!!

The immediate surrounds include well kept extensive lawns and borders with seating and croquet for your pleasure.

The carriage is available to rent from late March to the end of October. We offer 3 night weekend breaks from a Friday to Monday or 4 night mid week breaks from Monday to Friday or a week if you would like longer away!

Inside the carriage was originally built in 1894 as a fairground owners home which toured in the West Country and has been lovingly preserved by the present owners to include beautiful mahogany woodwork and crystal ornate mirrors. The inside is cosy with seating for 2 and plenty of home comforts, books, TV, DVD and Hi Fi!

To one end of the carraige is the bedroom with a fixed raised bed. The bed is smaller than a normal double bed. White lace bedlinen and painted woodwork make this a truly cosy hideaway.

Outside: The carriage is approached via steps onto a raised decking area which has an overhead enclosed veranda with views into the valley and across to Bodiam Castle. The decking area has outside seating with comfortable wicker chairs and a table for a relaxing breakfast or evening glass of wine!

The kitchen and bathroom facilities are located in two separate adjacent buildings immediately outside of the carrige. The thatched kitchen/diner is fully equipped for self-catering during your stay, complete with sink, small cookder, fridge, storage cupboards and a railway carriage style small table. The windows can be left wide open during warmer days but also allowing meals to be prepared in comfort but undercover when the weather is not so good. On the opposite side of the deck is the bathroom/wet room with WC, sink and shower.

There is so much to do locally; visit local vineyards for winetastings and lunch, long walks, restaurants, pubs, Bodiam Castle has some fantastic evening performances and concerts during the summer, open gardens, local shops, National Trust properties locally such as Sissinghurst, Scotney Castle, Bateman's - Rudyard Kiplings home - who also have concerts during the summer!

Battle Abbey is a mere 15 minutes away - and you can go there to watch battle enactments during the year.

So much to do and see or just spend time relaxing during your stay!!

Dogs welcome by prior agreement - there are dog kennels for the animals to stay in - there is a £20 dog fee, per dog per stay/week.

Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack!

£18 booking fee per property.

Dunes 21 is a Eco Holiday House, near the beach at Camber Sands, East Sussex is a great place to spend a holiday in! The house overlooks the sand dunes at Camber Sands and is moments away from the great sandy beach. Dunes 21 sleeps 6 people. It offers a huge master bedroom with and en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with a family bathroom next door to it. On the ground floor is a self-contained "Den" with an en-suite shower room. The WiFi is downstairs in this room. There is a games room next to the "Den" with Table Football and Air Hockey - good for young and old!

Dunes 21 has a large wrap around decked balcony with BBQ, chimmnea and outside seating. Great for those summer nights. The Master Bedroom also has it's own balcony - great for a morning coffee and watching the world go by! On those wintery breaks, walking on the beach and coming back to a warm sitting room with the log burner in the sitting room - bliss.... iPod docking system is also located in the Sitting with large flat screened TV with freeview.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher etc and washing machine/dryer downstairs.

There are lots of games, books and DVD's to be used and enjoyed during your stay

In the summer there is a hammock provided to lie in outside the "Den". Beach Towels and beach games are provided in the summer. There is an outside secure area to store your beachy bits and bobs and your wind surfing or kite surfing kit, golf clubs etc...
